Currently, stroke is one of the most important socio-medical problems. To date, one of the priority areas of research in the field of neurology is the use of biological markers of blood plasma during the development of cerebral ischemia, reflecting various parts of its pathogenesis. Most studies show that inflammation plays a very important role in the development of AIS. Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte (NLN) ratio, lymphocyte-to-monocyte (LMN) ratio, and systemic immunoinflammatory index (UII) are calculated based on platelet, neutrophil, monocyte, and lymphocyte counts and reflect the relationship between innate and adaptive immunity. This study involved 105 patients with acute ischemic stroke; ICAM-1, ys-SRO, UR, NLN and LMN were determined in their blood and it was found that there was a correlation between their concentrations and the 3-month prognosis after ischemic stroke.
