Аннотация
While congenital defects of the gallbladder are rare compared to other congenital defects of the biliary system, variants of developmental anomalies are significantly more numerous and have a long history. According to the observational results of some authors, the number of birth defects of the gall bladder in 50 years of research did not even reach 50 people. Bronshtein (1993) in the examination of 10016 fetuses at the age of 14 weeks found birth defects of the Gallbladder in only 0.15%, while Tumanyan conducted analyzes in 616 children and managed to identify structural disorders of the Gallbladder in 2/3 of them. Some congenital defects that do not clinically affect the movement of bile fluid in the gallbladder may not be separated into a nosological unit. In the report of ultrasound examination, which is the main examination method for the diagnosis of congenital defects of the gallbladder, some authors have suggested the use of CT, MRT and MRXPG examinations according to the guidelines. It should be mentioned that children of all ages with symptoms of chronic cholecystitis should be thoroughly examined. Although the main treatment of these birth defects is focused on conservative procedures, in each case, surgery is indicated only in complicated cases. The laparoscopic approach can be used more for diagnostic purposes and in some cases as a therapeutic procedure based on laparoscopic findings.
