ALGORITHM FOR DIAGNOSIS OF MECHANICAL JAUNDICE OF BENIGN ORIGIN

The study is based on the results of a comprehensive examination and treatment of 212 patients with MZHD. The algorithm of instrumental methods for investigating the diagnosis of MHD and its causes is based on the principle from simple to complex (from non-invasive to invasive methods). Diagnosis of MZHD using the developed diagnostic algorithm, including modern noninvasive radiation methods (ultrasound, MRPHG) diagnostics, as well as invasive puncture and endoscopic (RPHG, HCHG) with the transition to decompression of the biliary tract (73.64% of patients in the main group were performed).
