Abstract
In modern medicine, numerous studies are conducted to improve the quality of diagnosis of acute appendicitis, especially in the early stages of its development The reasons for errors in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis, as in our clinical examples, are the absence of a pathognomonic sign of acute appendicitis and the presence of clinical signs and symptoms characteristic of both acute diarrheal infection.
