Annotatsiya

The existingmethods of surgicalinterventioninHirschsprung's disease arecertainlypathogenetic in nature,but the choice of surgicaltactics,methodsandmethods of treatment in youngchildrenremainscontroversial.Theresults of surgicaltreatment of 266childrenwithvariousforms of Hirschsprung's disease agedfrom3monthsto18years who wereoninpatienttreatmentat the TashPMIclinicfor the periodfrom2020to2023 were analyzed. The conductedstudies have allowed us to concludethatin the treatment of rectalandrectosigmoidforms of Hirschsprung's disease in youngchildren, preferenceshould be given to transanalendorectalmethods of reduction using the DelaTorre-Mondraqon methodwithresection of the aganglioniczone of the colon,sincethismethodislesstraumatic,sparingandmost effective interms of radicalityandphysiology of intervention.Thismethod of surgeryis an alternative to traditionalabdominal-perinealinterventions,which are characterized by technicalcomplexityandcomparativelyworseimmediateand long-termtreatmentresults.
