Аннотация
According to some data presented in the article, the incidence of meniscal injuries in combination with ruptures of the anterior cruciate ligament varies from 55% to 65%. Combined injuries of the anterior cruciate ligament and meniscal tears lead to the development of osteoarthritis in the long term. For injuries to the posterior horn of the meniscus, the method of using a loop fixator is more suitable in all respects. The “outside-in” technique does not require special fixators and can be performed for injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament and medial meniscus. Arthroscopic suture of the meniscus can be performed in all possible cases.
