Annotaciya
This scientific paper analyzes the role of renal dysfunction as a prognostic predictor of cardiovascular death in patients with acute coronary syndrome of working age. The study included 122 patients with ACS aged 22 to 59 years who were hospitalized at the Samarkand regional branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Cardiology in the departments of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and coronary heart disease (CHD). All patients underwent a general clinical examination (anamnesis collection, anthropometric and physical examination of the patient, measurement of blood pressure, heart rate), laboratory and instrumental studies, which included clinical blood tests, biochemical blood analysis, troponin I, T, MB-CK, GFR, ECG, holter ECG, echocardiography upon admission and in dynamics on the 1st, 4th and 7th day of admission. With a decrease in GFR of less than 60 ml/min, it affects mortality from cardiovascular causes in patients with STEMI, but does not affect the prognosis in patients with STEMI. The widespread introduction of the GFR calculation method will allow timely detection of even a moderate violation of the filtration function of the kidneys and make adjustments to the patient's therapy, thereby reducing the number of adverse outcomes.
