PROBLEMS OF TREATMENT OF PURULENT-INFLAMMATORY COMPLICATIONS OF SOFT TISSUES IN SINDROME DIABETES MELLITUS FUT

Аннотация
Patients with surgical infection account for up to 30-40% of all patients with a surgical profile. Especially relevant is the problem of complex treatment of purulent-inflammatory lesions of the skin and soft tissues in diabetes mellitus. According to the World Health Organization, disability after diabetes is in the first place and mortality is in the third place. For this reason,the ХХI century of diabetes is considered a “non-infectious pandemic”. Surgical infection has always been and remains a problem in clinical surgery. The article examines the results of treatment of 194 patients with diabetes mellitus with purulent-necrotic inflammatory lesions of soft tissues, who were in the purulent-septic department of the Samarkand City Medical Associatins.
