PATHOGENETIC ANALYSIS OF GASTRODUODENAL ULCER (LITERATURE REVIEW)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the pathogenesis of gastroduodenal ulcers and bleeding as a result, which is one of the main problems of modern medicine and surgery. To date, there is no single theory on the mechanism of gastroduodenal ulcers, and in many cases it is the cause of certain disputes. The article provides general information about the causes of gastric and duodenal ulcers, their development, etioatogenetic approaches to conservative treatment. In addition, our article shows the acute wounds that occur in the gastrointestinal tract, their development mechanisms, clinical course and specific characteristics. In patients, blood coagulation disorders are hypercoagulable, and most of them take blood-thinning drugs on a regular basis. If patients with this contingent have ulcer disease and bleeding complications are observed, the procedures and doses of hemostatic therapy for patients due to the fact that the blood coagulation system is controlled under the influence of permanent anticoagulants.
