Abstract

The method of treatment of chronic haemorrhoids using the device ‘Ligasure’ is safe, effective and pathogenetically justified. This method reduces the degree and duration of postoperative pain as well as operative time. he use of bipolar electrocoagulation of vessels "LigaSure" in the treatment of chronic hemorrhoids allows for rapid wound repair compared to traditional hemorrhoidectomy, resulting in a shorter rehabilitation period. Due to its high efficacy, this strategy is recommended for widespread use.
