Objective: To study the features of the manifestation of the main clinical symptoms of cardiovascular disorders in chronic kidney disease (CKD) in children. Materials and methods: 260 children with CKD were examined, of which group 1 consisted of 122 (46.9%) children with diagnosed cardiovascular disorders; group 2 - 138 (53.1%) children without cardiovascular disorders. The study used general clinical, laboratory, instrumental and static research methods. Results: during the objective examination we found that in children of group 1 cardiovascular disorders were characterized by clinical symptoms like tachycardia and bradycardia at rest, which prevailed by 7.2 and 2.0 times, respectively, in relation to group 2, while in the group of practically healthy children, bradycardia at rest was recorded in 6.7%, which is most likely associated with the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the body. In children with CKD, the main risk factor for the development of cardiovascular disorders is an increase in blood pressure (BP) above the 95th percentile, Conclusions. It was found that cardiovascular disorders in children with CKD are manifested by certain reliable subjective and objective clinical symptoms, which determines the need for a targeted cardiological examination in this category of patients.
