The lack of specificprevention of chronicviralhepatitisCis an importantmedicalandsocialprobleminconnection with the development of cirrhosis of the liver,basedonthefactthatat the initialstage the clinicalsigns are nonspecific. The guidelinesandstandardsrecommendedforuseinthetreatment of chronicviralhepatitisCindicatethat the maingoal of therapyis the long-termsuppression of viralreplication.Thearticlementionsthatinclinicalpractice, in the case of "ChronicviralhepatitisC", the administration of the antiviraldrugLedvir(sofosbuvir400mg+ledispavir90mg)for a shortperiodduringclinical and laboratorymonitoringleadsto a positivechange in clinical and laboratorysigns,in the longterm–toprolongedsuppression of virusreplication.
