Abstract
Diseases of the organs of the hepatobiliarysystemareoneof the urgentproblems of moderndevelopingmedicine. There are complexmorphofunctionalconnectionsbetween the liver, gallbladder, andorganslocatedincloseproximitytothem, and a pathologicalprocessoccurringinanyofthemmaycausemorphologicalandfunctionalchangesorcomplicationsinotherorgans. As aresult of experimentalcalculouscholecystitisin the wall of the gallbladder of experimentalanimalsin the earlyperiods of the experiment, edema, signs of inflammation, foci of leukocyteinfiltration are noted, followedbyareas of purulentinfiltration, fibrouschangesdue to the inflammatoryprocess. As aresult of the stronggermination of collagenfibers, there is a thickening of the gallbladderwall, a decrease in the mass of musclefibersandthinning of the musclemembranedue to thedevelopment of connectivetissue.Morphofunctionalchanges are alsonotedinnervousstructures, which are considered to be reactivechangesaffectingthefunctionalstate of the organ.
