In particular, in the production industry, apart from the quality and shelf life of the product, its appearance, uniqueness, variety of colors, packaging, long-term storage are highly appreciated by consumers. These reasons force experts to improve the stage of secondary processing of the product. Widespread use of food additives remains a key tool in meeting these demands.
