ABOUT BRONCHIECTASIS AS A TYPE OF CHRONIC NONSPECIFIC LUNG DISEASE
ИСМАИЛОВ Джасур Мардонович
Abstract
Objective: to study the mechanisms of bronchiectasis, its incidence and morphological features. Results: Further research in the field of pulmonology is important, as it is aimed at reducing the level of complications of chronic respiratory diseases, which are accompanied by an increase in the annual number of deaths among patients. In this regard, studies aimed at studying the morphological properties of the respiratory organs in bronchiectasis are relevant and have great scientific and practical significance for modern pulmonology. Bronchiectasis is a process with local irreversible enlargement of the bronchial wall, characterized by inflammatory changes and the development of fibrosis in the tissues around the bronchus. Congenital structural alterations of the bronchial wall, compression of the wall from many sources, and inflammation-induced deformation of the bronchial wall's elastic and cartilaginous components are only a few of the numerous causes of these conditions. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis patients are currently among the most difficult medical challenges.
