This article examines the impact of eye diseases such as accommodation disorders, myopia, and astigmatism on peripheral vision and eye movement coordination. The research shows that various visual impairments significantly alter the functional parameters of peripheral vision and affect the accuracy, reaction speed, synchronization, and concentration of eye movements. The most pronounced changes are observed in individuals with accommodation disorders, where both peripheral vision sharpness and eye coordination are impaired. Mild myopia and astigmatism also lead to limitations in the field of view and a reduction in eye movement coordination, although to a lesser extent. The findings emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and treating visual impairments, focusing on the restoration and maintenance of both central and peripheral vision.
