РАВШАНОВ Мухаммадали Ихтиёрович, АСКАРОВ Пулат Азадович
Abstract
This article presents data on the examination and treatment of 52 patients with obstructive jaundice of benign origin. Based on the data, the sensitivity of ultrasound, ERCP and the combined method in the diagnosis of choledocholithiasis was determined. The main difficulties in the implementation of ERCP and EPST have been identified. It has been established that the use of minimally invasive interventions in most cases effectively provides decompression of the biliary tract, creating optimal conditions for subsequent radical operations. The prospects of using laparoscopic minimally invasive technologies have been determined.
