Аннотация
This article aims to provide a detailed analysis of the pathogenetic mechanisms underlying the development of metabolic syndrome (MS), with a focus on key processes such as insulin resistance, chronic low-grade inflammation, and oxidative stress. These mechanisms are considered interconnected components that significantly contribute to the formation and progression of MS, as well as to the development of its complications, including cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Conducting a systematic analysis of contemporary literature will enhance the understanding of the complex and multifaceted interactions between various pathogenetic factors. This is a crucial step toward developing evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of metabolic syndrome. Special attention will be given to the role of molecular and cellular mechanisms and their impact on metabolic and functional disturbances in various organs and systems of the body. The findings of this study may serve as a foundation for further research in the field of personalized medicine, as well as for the development of new therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting metabolic disorders and reducing the risk of MS-associated diseases.
