Abstract
The problem of burn treatment remains one of the most relevant and unresolved issues in modern medicine due to its widespread prevalence among the population. It can be viewed as a modern traumatic epidemic in large cities and industrialized countries. Burn disease is characterized by severe progression, difficulty in treatment, and frequent unfavorable outcomes [1, 2]. Deep burns of the body, regardless of their localization, hold significant importance, as they are life-threatening depending on the extent of the injury. In cases of body burns, patients often sustain injuries ranging from 10-30% with a depth reaching up to IV degree [2], leading to severe toxemia, septic complications, and a high mortality rate [3]. Deep burns of the hand continue to be one of the most pressing issues. The hand is anatomically complex and a highly important functional organ, and, due to it being an exposed part of the body, its treatment poses significant challenges [4, 5]. Therefore, surgical treatment of hand burns and post-burn deformities requires exceptionally high standards [5].
