Historically, medicine is a set of disciplines mainly of the natural sciences, but this does not negate its humanism: touching directly on a person, it affects the cultural and spiritual aspects of human life. To consider the problems of the transformation of the worldview of medical workers under the influence of time frames and external factors, as well as to propose solutions to changes in the provisions under consideration. The emphasis in the modern world on the natural science aspect of medicine makes it relevant to study the health system in the humanitarian aspect from a philosophical point of view. The article uses classical methods of studying the problems of philosophy: analysis of the patterns of socio-cultural changes, axiological analysis, the use of historical data to identify the dynamics of the development of the issues of interest. Over the course of many centuries, medicine has undergone tremendous changes, affecting not only its convenience, but also its moral basis. An important step towards the development of medicine is the preservation of certain certain traditions and morals as a basis for further improvement of the industry.
