Introduction: Analysis of sample allows estimating reserves of the clinical control of a cancer, for example - research of five-year survival depending from a stage of the tumor growth motivates development of practice of early diagnostics (of screening). Aim: To estimate  the probability of the five-year survival of patients with MC in sample them from clinic stream of TCB of RSSPMCO&R depending on a stage of tumor growth during 2017-2022 - in the conditions of absence of the developed practice of MC screening. Material and methods: A casual selection with formatting of the sample from a stream of patients with MC who were treated in period from 01.07.2017 to 31.12.2022; an estimation of their probability of five year survival. Control date (CD) supervision - 01.04.2023 Results: The women who were taken on the dispensary account with diagnosis of MC for the first time and had been treating in clinic of TCB of RSSPMCO&R constituted about three quarters (76,0%) of the stream of patients which was formed by this clinic. The basic fraction of this stream (45,4 %) was constituted by patients with II stage of MС. The fractions of patients with III-IV stages constituted accordingly 21,8%, 14,9% and these were above statistically (p<0,05) than fraction of patients with 0-I stages (9,1%). The fraction of patients without detected stage of MC (8,9%) was statistically identical to fraction of patients with 0-I stages. During first three years after the beginning of special treatment the survival rate at patients of sample was above (p<0,05) than the same rate at the population level (79,5% (CI95%=77,9÷81,0)). Five-year survival of patients in clinical sample constituted 82,1% (CI95%=78,6÷85,6), and this was statistically above (p>0.05) than same coefficient at population level. At stages 0-I, II, III and IV of MC these coefficients of survival were accordingly 93,0, 87,5, 77,7 and 65,5%, and at patients without detected stage of MC - 78,4%. Conclusion: The five-year survival of patients with 0-I-II-nd stages of MC in clinical sample is statistically equal to survival rate on the population level in socio-economically developed countries of the world. The five-year survival at population level in Tashkent city is significantly limited by a high fraction of patients with III-IV-th stages of MC and fraction of patients without detected stage of MC. This is related with absence of the developed practice of screening in a city.
