Abstract
Objective: To analyze lymphocyte subpopulation dynamics and prognostic value in 127 metastatic breast cancer patients with liver involvement undergoing chemoimmunotherapy (2016–2022) at the Samarkand Oncology Center. Methods: A retrospective-prospective observational study. Collected 3067 CBCs, 1116 biochemical, and 1247 coagulation assays. Identified three lymphocyte change patterns: descending, stable, and wave-like.Results: Descending pattern in 41 patients (32.3%): lymphocyte decline from 35.0% to 30.5% (Δ=4.5%, p<0.05, R²>0.85) indicating progressive lymphopenia and immunosuppression. Stable pattern in 35 patients (27.6%): minor fluctuations between 33.0%–34.5%, preserving immune homeostasis. Wave-like pattern in 51 patients (40.2%): cyclical variations from 29.0% to 34.5% (amplitude 5.5%), reflecting adaptive immune responses post-chemotherapy cycles. Conclusion: Stable dynamics align with optimal tolerance to standard ESMO/NCCN chemotherapy. Wave-like type suggests phased immune restoration. Descending pattern necessitates early immunostimulatory interventions.
