Аннотация
Totally 226 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were comprehensively examined, 64.1% of which had adverse effects from taking first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs during treatment. The types of adaptive reactions were determined in all patients in compliance with Garkavi L.H. classification according to peripheral blood parameters. The frequency and nature of side effects from chemotherapy were analyzed with the following results: skin allergic syndrome (29.6±3.7%) was the most common, followed by liver injury syndrome (22.8±3.4%) and nervous system syndrome (14.5±2.0%). It was found that the most common adverse side effects developed in patients with defective adaptive reactions, such as stress reactions in 85% and with inferior training response in 65% of the patients. The data obtained indicate the expediency of including adaptogenic drugs in the complex therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis.
