Abstract
Eicozanoidsare involved in the regulation of many processes that occur in the human body, the absence or violation of their synthesis leads to the appearance of serious diseases.The effect of eicozanoids on the development of inflammatory reactions, respiratory and cardiovascular systems is especially great.With a lack of polyene fatty acids, the synthesis of eicozanoids is disrupted, which leads to changes in the function of cell membranes.
