REACTIVE MORPHOFUNCTIONAL CHANGES IN THE PANCREATIC PARENCHYMA IN EXPERIMENTAL HYPERTHYROIDISM

Abstract
Currently, many aspects of the pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism, especially its effect on the pancreas, have not been sufficiently studied. To study the observed changes, a model of experimental hyperthyroidism was created in experimental animals. In this study, functional changes observed as a result of morphological changes in the pancreatic parenchyma of rats with experimental hyperthyroidism were studied. For this purpose, a comparative analysis of thyroid hormones, biochemical parameters in blood serum, and general blood test parameters was conducted. The conducted studies have shown that in hyperthyroidism, against the background of changes in the level of thyroid hormones (TSH, T3, T4, TG), pathological changes in the biochemical parameters of blood serum and blood test parameters are observed, which, in our opinion, are caused by pathomorphological changes in the thyroid and pancreas.
