At the globallevel,based on diseasesof the liverandbiliarytract,specialattention is paid to the study of the mechanisms of development of diseases of the hardtissues of the tooth-cariesandnocariosis,aswell as researchonitstreatment.Etiopathogeneticmechanisms of occurrence of dentaldiseasesinthisregard; metabolicdisordersobserved in patientswithinflammatorydiseases of the hardtissues of the toothandperiodontium,includingdiseases of the liverandbiliarytract,obesity,cardiovasculardiseasesanddiabetesmellitus,includeproteolysisin the development of damage to the hardtissues of the tooth,mineralmetabolism, the effect of hormonesontheseprocesses,lipoperoxificationandcytokininbalanceprocessesaretosubstantiate the dynamics of indicatorsactivity.
