Plasma lichen is a chronic disease of the oral mucosa and skin that manifests as the formation of small papules. CPL is a multifactorial disease with neuroendocrine, immune, and metabolic changes due to inflammatory and degenerative processes in the gastrointestinal tract. This disease is considered dermatological, however, patients often consult a dentist when there are lesions in the oral cavity. Therefore, in the structure of dermatological skin diseases, the frequency of CPL occurrence is about 2.5%, while in the structure of dental diseases, it is observed more frequently and constitutes 30-35% [1,3,7,8]. Most researchers agree on the long-term course of the disease, the diversity of clinical symptoms, and frequent relapses. CPL occurs in both men and women, especially in the latter aged 45 to 60 years and older, especially often - during menopause.
