Abstract
To perform a comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of endoscopic correction methods (STING, HIT-1, HIT-2) in the treatment of patients with primary high-grade vesicoureteral reflux. A total of 65 patients (39 girls and 26 boys) were included in a retrospective and prospective study. The overall treatment success rate was 83.1%. The HIT-2 technique demonstrated the highest effectiveness (92.6%), whereas the STING method showed the lowest success rate (62.5%). Treatment efficacy was higher in boys (88.5%) compared to girls (79.5%). The HIT-2 technique is an effective method for the treatment of primary high-grade vesicoureteral reflux in children.
