Аннотация
Objective: This article examines the characteristics of anamnestic factors influencing the severity of alopecia in patients after bariatric surgery. Materials and Methods: Based on data analysis, key risk factors were identified: family history and hair treatments, such as hair dyeing. Results:A strong statistical association was found between hereditary predisposition and severe forms of alopecia (p < 0.001), as well as an increased proportion of progressive stages in patients who regularly dye their hair (p = 0.002). Conclusion: The study emphasizes the need to consider genetic predisposition and hair damage methods when developing preventive and therapeutic measures, which will improve the effectiveness of therapy and reduce the risk of severe hair loss in post-bariatric patients.
