Abstract
The highincidence of modernindustrialworkersin mechanical engineering,includingsomaticdiseases,alongwithoccupationalandoccupationaldiseases, is characterized by a significantdecreaseorloss of working capacitydue to inconveniencesintemporaryandpermanentworkprocesses,aswell as highmortality,especiallyamongmen of workingage.Providingdentalcare to industrialworkersisoneof the most importantprinciples of organizingmedical and preventivecare for the population, which has a significantimpacton the health of the workforce.Atthe same time, the lack of a unifiedscheme for providingdentalcare to workersinindustrialenterprisesleadsto a sharpdecrease in the effectivenessandquality of primaryandperiodicdentalexaminations, which are the mainlink in the system of prevention of dentaldiseasesamongworkersexposed to harmfulanddangerousoccupationalfactors.
