ДАМИНОВ Феруз Асадуллаевич, ХАНТУРАЕВ Шахриёр Комилович
Abstract
The genomic diversity and geographical distribution of the bacterium Helicobacter pylori, considered to be the oldest companion of humanity, is analyzed. H. pylori has a high level of genetic polymorphism and recombination, which ensures its adaptation to the gastric environment of different populations. The study examines the phylogeographic grouping of bacterial strains into hpEurope, hpAfrica, hpEastAsia and their relationship to human migration
