Abstract

In article it is analysed that the main places inhabited by yeast mushroom in nature are plants and vegetable remainders. Particularly multiple and varied yeast communities are formed on surfaces of the alive parts of the plants. The basis of the feeding of such epiphyte yeast are exudations - occuring during the lifetime separations of the plants, in composition of which enter simple sugars, organic acids and other, easily combinations utilized yeast.
