Аннотация

The article deals with the analysis of the state of tourism in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, it is emphasized the necessity of the development of sport tourism. The author of the article points out that there are all the opportunities in Karakalpakstan for the realization of sport tourism on the following route: «Toprak-kala»- a residence of ancient Khorezm, a town Kiyat- a middle-aged capital of Khorezm, Kuunya-Urgench and Khiva. The author of the article recommends to create an ethnographic park to build roads and hotels and train the personnel.
