Annotaciya

The article is devoted to the role of developing a model for strategic management integrated with functional management, which is the main factor in the management of an educational institution. This article analyzes the process of the influence of a correctly chosen strategy on the management of a higher educational institution, which allows solving the actual tasks of the university. The author has studied strategies, models of strategic management and management in a complex, which together form the basis for successful university management and training of highly qualified personnel. The article considers the theories of John Thompson, Lynch, Ansoff and other researchers in the field of strategic management models.
