Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate, analyze the historical roots of the formation of a socially active person and reveal the essence of its content. To achieve this goal, the Orkhon-Enasay inscriptions, manuscripts written by the Avesto and our ancestors, the first and second Renaissance created by our great ancestors and the expected Renaissance in New Uzbekistan and the conditions created for its implementation are studied.
