The proposals and recommendations have been developed by virtue of the study, analysis and research of the existing problems of ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual in the proceeding the case to court, to find scientific solutions to abdicate situations such as the violation of human dignity and honour, especially to terminate the practice of torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment of a person, and the use of punishments.
