Abstract

This paper examines the functioning of the biota in the Southern Aral Sea region under current conditions. The influence of natural and anthropogenic factors on the state and structure of the region's ecosystems is analyzed. The data obtained can be used for environmental monitoring and assessment of the biota's sustainability.
