Аннотация
The article presents the results of many years of observation of the growth of the above-ground organs of the rare and endangered plant black root of the green-flowered plant (Cynoglossum viridiflorum Pall.ex. Lehm.), which grows only in the eastern ridge of the Karakalpak Ustyurt. Data on the biology and ecology of black root, its growth and development of leaves, stems, and roots, flowering, and adaptation during various cultivation experiments are provided. Thus, the analysis of the obtained data on morphology and bioecology shows that C. viridiflorum, being a drought-and salt-tolerant plant, is well-adapted to various soils of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In this case, the vegetative organs of C. viridiflorum develop well and play a significant role in their reproduction and conquest of new territories.
