This worktouche supon the issuesof sports training of sprinters at the stage of preparatory specialization, base don which due attention is paid to the development of speed abilities. The article analyzes the level of physical fitness samon gathletes sprinters. The article considers the use of special exercises in the training process, which improve technical readiness, affecting speed qualities. The results of the researchare reflected and the dynamics of changes in the results for the main indicators is studied.
