Abstract

The article provides an overview of the scientific research of domestic and foreign authors on the problem of gender characteristics of the manifestation of deviant behavior. Gender aspects of the deviant behavior of adolescents in the personal formation of modern youth are considered. Gender identity, being one of the basic structures of self-consciousness, plays a decisive role in the processes of adaptation and self-regulation of the emerging personality.The article is devoted to the study of the problem of deviating behavior in adolescence. A suggestion has been made about the effect of the gender factor on the characteristics of the manifestation of deviating behavior of adolescents.
