Аннотация

The article presents research on the reading and understanding skills of the text and their results. It focuses on the development of skills in working with dictionaries in the analysis of literary texts. The problems and solutions related to the fact that the misunderstanding of classical texts by readers leads to their lack of interest in the literature of this period were studied.
