Annotaciya

Quality education is one of the most important life values. An analysis of the documents that determine the policy in the field of public education indicates the need to evaluate the activities of directors of general education schools. School leadership is a priority in educational policy. The study discusses the role of the principal of a general education school in improving the quality of education and methods for evaluating the activities of directors of general education schools. The results of a study on identifying indicators and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of school directors are presented.
