The modernization of the education system in Uzbekistan puts forward the issues of forming the professional competence of a teacher to one of the leading places. Professional competence is a condition for the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process. The problem of the formation of psychological competence in the system of pedagogical education is one of the most urgent at present. In the article we proceeded from the fact that an integral part of psychological competence is communicative competence, the process of formation which is the object of this study .
