Annotatsiya

The article compares the rate of development of jumping qualities in training sessions with volleyball players of different ages and the results of their evaluation using traditional tests. It was found that the initial (real) indicators of agility and jumping endurance of 13-14, 15-16 and older skilled volleyball players are much lower than the standard requirements established in international experience. It was observed that these indicators did not increase rapidly even by the end of the academic year
