Аннотатсия

This article reveals the scientific and theoretical foundations of the formation of social intelligence of medical workers, as well as the role and importanceof factors affecting it. In the world, research is underway to develop a strategy for the development of professional competence of medical workers, to create a model for the study and development of indicators of socio-psychological competence, a concept for the development of socio-psychological competence, a set of psychodiagnostic techniques consisting of specially modeled tasks. The problem of the study is to increase the level of psychological training of medical workers, to identify socio-psychological factors and mechanisms that form their socio-psychological competence, and to studythe impact on the effectiveness of activities.
