Аннотация

This article examines the indicators of the development of the dynamics of general physical fitness of wrestlers 11-12 years old engaged at the stage of primary training in a children's and youth sports school. As a result of the work aimed at bringing to future generations the rich traditions and values of wrestling sports inherited from our great ancestors, Uzbek wrestling began to be recognized worldwide as a special type of struggle in the following years. Struggle is considered one of the means of educating a person so that he is strong, agile, resilient and strong-willed. And the scientific substantiation of the tools and methods used in the upbringing of highly qualified wrestlers is an important process.
