Abstract
Educational institutions do not have sufficient independence in the organization of the educational process, they are not well adapted to the changing conditions of the labor market. The cooperation of educational institutions and production organizations in the process of training qualifiedpersonnel, employment cannot be considered satisfactory. The work on the development and implementation of state educational standards is notwidely discussed together with educational institutions and production organizations, employers.
