This article contains information aimed at increasing the stress resistance of young managers and civil servants of the reserve. International experience in the prevention of stress and existing methods of its prevention in countries around the world are analyzed. In particular, the connection between the components of stress resistance and emotional burnout in young managers was separately studied. The article also analyzes in detail the work carried out in the field of stress prevention among civil servants and makes recommendations for its further improvement.
