in this article, the social psychological features of the pedagogical and psychological training of athletes involved in rhythmic gymnastics, the analysis of modern approaches to psychological training in sports and the identification of factors that determine the improvement of the personality of an athlete in rhythmic gymnastics; development and systematization of a psychosporogram on Rhythmic Gymnastics for the formation of an individual psychological profile of a person, which rationalizes the accounting and assessment of individual characteristics of athletes and determines the direction of their improvement; my theory on the experimental justification of the developed model of psychological training in the process of training qualified gymnasts and competition activities is given
