Abstract
This article will talk about the theory and practice of Physical Culture, which is one of the current problems. In particular, the methodological foundations of the pedagogy of Physical Culture, the levels of study, the essence of theoretical and practical concepts developed by educators of abroad and our country are revealed. In addition, opinions are presented about the methodology of sports activities, the technique of mastering this activity.
